In many countries it is more profitable to be on YouTube than it is to run a business.

It's very possible that these are setups, specifically for videos, or if not then there is most likely a general acceptance from the locals because they'll have been made aware before, or after if anyone gets too upset.

It could be organic, but... When the cost of living is low enough and the daily wages are low enough, YouTube popularity becomes a much more profitable business to focus on.

You have a point to a certain extent. The person who compiled the video, took clips of his angriest moments and put then all together as one to make him appear more angry then he probably is regularly but he has a tendency to be constantly yelling and arguing with customers so there is some validity to the clip as a whole.
