Good day everyone!

This struck me on a sudden impulse this morning as I observed someone at once hurry to the assistance of a newly fallen elderly woman on the sidewalk. It really opened my eyes to how much influence small acts of kindness on the part of strangers can have.

Now and then those small things remind us that despite all the world's evils, there are still enough good people in it.

So I'm wondering what is something a stranger ever did for you that reaffirmed your faith in mankind?

Not done for me but by me.
There was a I assume single mother infront of my at the cassier trying to buy some food & baby formula but both her cards got declined. It was like idk €20 so I went ahead and just pay it for her.

Not only just to be nice but also so the goddamn line would move and I can go about my day! xD

Only time I see things similar is through X/Twitter. I haven't seen anything in real life.

Goodness still exists… Some time ago, I noticed someone placing a plastic plate with water in the street. At first, I thought it might be leftover water from the air conditioning or just extra to get rid of… but I discovered that he does it so that the animals and birds in the street can drink. It truly touched my heart.

Such a small gesture, but it speaks volumes. Compassion really does make life more beautiful.
