Good read. Choosing between a SIPP and a workplace pension really comes down to how much control you want over investments versus the simplicity and employer contributions of a workplace plan.
Choosing between a SIPP and a workplace pension can really impact your retirement savings. Curious to see which option comes out ahead this tax year.

From experience, workplace managed ones have been shite. One of mine even invested mostly back into the company, and the stock was stagnant (would have been worse without the company reinvesting employees money back into it), and over 5 years did not change more than 8% overall, while the market was going 12-14% per year.

Thats always the big question - how do you pick the right place to go into?

SIPPs offer more control but need knowledge and discipline, while workplace pensions are easier and often have employer contributions. Choose what fits your wallet and patience.

Depends on your situation😵
