Everyones Trying to Win Octoberfest But What If You Dont?

It feels like everyone’s going all-in this Octoberfest building, grinding, posting, creating, pushing themselves harder than ever.
And that’s amazing to see. The energy, the effort, the dedication — it’s what makes the community come alive.

But here’s a question worth asking:
What happens if you don’t win?

What’s your next move , do you slow down, keep pushing forward, or take a step back to rethink your approach?
I will try to win all the prizes I can
I just love that the activity on the forum increased. It makes my chance of making friends here bigger. I ofc want to win the award but even if I dont at least it is fun✌🏿✌🏿✌🏿
I honestly don't care if I win or not. I just want the pumpkin.

If you dont win then thats just how it goes. I cant lie I dont expect to win and never have and as someone who is here to contibrute to the site it means i have just more reason to carry on with my projects on site.

Might as well go for it, get bytes doing it

I am not trying to get it and there is a few reasons why.

1. My area of where I mostly post is no longer available.

2. I do not have enough thread ideas in mind that are worth engagement so why post them when it will just result in poor quality posts.

The one thing I notice when these post based awards become available is the low quality posting increases, if it were up to me I would do the Octoberfest awards completely different.

You should organize your work to win the pumpkin, if u didn't u still won some bytes etc

its just luck , i will keep trying and posting next year and in other contests
Limited offer

Signature space ... 1k bytes per week
I doubt I'd make it this year either, but, the engagement is a fun way to check in across the forum and meet the different people who are currently active on this forum.

Yeah, it’s not just about the award — it’s about having fun and connecting with everyone here. Don’t lose hope, brotha — we’ll do our best to earn it, just keep pushing forward! 😎
I think i will win the award easily already close to 25%
we still got weeks to go. maybe it will be close like last year and i get it a few days before deadline
