Just wanted to show off my tiny stack of raspberry pi web servers. See if theres any one else out there who does the same or has something bigger.
I have 3 -
One runs wordpress. It works well enough for the traffic it recieves, 2-3k visits a month, even with tight plugin control there is a small but noticeable lag on content. But luckily I do not depend on seo and it fills its objective.
The other two are small django projects that are quick. I figure IF these projects successfully grow they will either need to be migrated to a vps or I'll call my isp and set up a big boy server rack.
It qorks for me, curious to see what anyone else has.

By "big boy server rack", do you mean colocation?

If I ever got to a point where growing/keeping it in my house was unreasonable and pissing off my wife, yeah I've day dreamed about it. But did not know colocation was the word for it.
Big ol 'IF', I'm sure a next step from the pi would be some second hand server that i could fit in the corner of my office.

You could certainly do that. Doesn't have to be a rack server. Just wondered if you planned to buy a server from your ISP.

Who knows what the future holds. If buying a server from my isp is anything like using their router than most likely not. Sure its pretty secure and does its job. But I prefer the control and customization.
Maybe it'll all fall through and I'll just lease the pi's bandwidth to some chinese gambling sites and collect commission or something.

That is really interesting to see. I used to have an old laptop I turned into a server. I don’t know where it is now.
Very cool! I love these raspberry pi builds. Have you ever thought about using them all as a cluster? Or do you prefer that they all do their own thing?
That's a nice and nifty case you got there. Super cool. How long did it take you and what are the dimensions?
I used to have a dedicated server rack but sold it.

Thanks, I will eventually build a cluster if its worth giving each pi its own purpose for a larger server build. For now, at this point, one running n8n for my workflows and two host sites while using some edge servers I pay for, for some safety works well enough.

I got it off amazon a while back: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VPL4B7K?ref...title&th=1
4-5"x3"ish?
If my operation becomes large enough I plan on carving a branch of my a/c to the laundry room and installing a rack there. lol.

I have a small Lenovo M715Q that I host a few things on. Just for myself so it gets the job done. I want to do more, but that's really it. It's just a want, not a need.

I feel that man. What you have gets the job done, but some new hardware is always fun/frustrating to work with.
Edit:
After looking this up: Lenovo M715Q
You have a bit of a hosting/very customisable powerhouse, imo.
Throw it it on a shelf and call it a rack.
