I am bullish on SUI, but I can see that there's a chance we drop to $2.5, but I believe we'd see support there.
For this reason, I am setting buys at $2.5 just in case we do see that!
Is anyone else looking at $2.5 SUI?

I mentioned this in my other thread, a tutorial on how to supplement personal predictions with deep analysis from GPT5 for crypto. I hope this thread and the other are helpful.
I personally love scenarios like this where we can clearly see some trends on the charts.
$2.4-2.6 is a good range. I always try to set a RANGE for a buy/sell goal. I don't know if we'll see 2.4, and even 2.5 is iffy, so I will set my buys to trigger at $2.6 through 2.4 downwards, in case it only dips slightly.
That said, I am already holding Sui, I'm not selling it, I am bullish, and this is purely a thread about an additional buying opportunity. I put Sui targets at $5+ and would buy at $3+ too, so take this thread w/ grain of salt for that reason.
HERE IS SOME GPT DEEP ANALYSIS FOR READERS:
💠 The Bull Case for SUI Hitting $2.40–$2.60
Overview:
SUI has been one of the most promising Layer-1 projects in recent months. A combination of ecosystem growth, technical advantages, and institutional attention makes a strong case for SUI to reach — and potentially exceed — the $2.40 to $2.60 range in the short- to mid-term.
1️⃣ Strong Fundamentals & Ecosystem Expansion
2️⃣ Technical Setup & Market Structure
3️⃣ Sentiment & Market Flows
4️⃣ Why $2.40–$2.60 Is a Conservative Target
The range sits just below major resistance, offering a psychologically achievable milestone before testing higher zones.
It aligns with pre-breakout technical setups and historical Fibonacci retracement levels.
Ecosystem data (TVL, active addresses, developer activity) all trend upward — supporting fundamental valuation growth.
5️⃣ Risks to Watch
Conclusion:
If SUI maintains its growth trajectory, sustains TVL expansion, and continues to attract institutional and retail participation, the $2.40–$2.60 target is realistic and possibly conservative. With strong fundamentals, a healthy technical setup, and favorable sentiment, SUI is positioned to become one of the standout assets of the next Layer-1 cycle.

1️⃣ Strong Fundamentals & Ecosystem Expansion
-
[]Explosive TVL Growth: SUI’s Total Value Locked (TVL) jumped from ~$1.56 B to ~$2.27 B in recent weeks — a 45% increase. Rapid DeFi growth drives demand for SUI as gas, staking, and utility token.
[]Technical Edge: SUI’s object-centric model and Move-based contracts allow parallel execution and low latency — features that give it an edge over traditional Layer-1s.
[]Utility & Tokenomics: SUI powers staking, gas, and governance. As on-chain activity rises, token demand follows naturally.
[]Institutional Catalysts: The proposed SUI ETF by Canary Capital, if approved, could invite institutional inflows.
- Exchange Accessibility: Expanded listings (e.g. Robinhood U.S.) increase retail liquidity and exposure.
2️⃣ Technical Setup & Market Structure
- []Bullish Breakout Potential: Analysts cite a possible breakout above $3.30 as a key trigger for continuation.
[]Volatility Gaps: Liquidity clusters around $4.05–$4.45 suggest room for upside momentum if shorts get squeezed.
[]Altcoin Season Rotation: Capital rotation from BTC into high-beta Layer-1s historically multiplies returns — SUI often leads these phases.
[]Historical Targets: Earlier cycles saw SUI hit $5–$6 in bullish projections — making $2.40–$2.60 conservative in comparison.
3️⃣ Sentiment & Market Flows
- []Positive Rotation: Traders are rotating capital from blue chips (BTC/ETH) into emerging networks like SUI.
[]ETF & Institutional Demand: Speculation over spot ETF approval and institutional backing could act as a near-term catalyst.
[]Community Optimism: Retail sentiment remains bullish, with social metrics and engagement surging after recent network upgrades.
[]Deleveraging Reset: The latest market correction flushed out leverage — setting a stronger foundation for the next leg up.
4️⃣ Why $2.40–$2.60 Is a Conservative Target

It aligns with pre-breakout technical setups and historical Fibonacci retracement levels.
Ecosystem data (TVL, active addresses, developer activity) all trend upward — supporting fundamental valuation growth.
5️⃣ Risks to Watch
- []Regulatory delays or ETF rejection
[]Competition from other Layer-1s (e.g., Aptos, Solana)
[]High inflation/unlock schedules adding sell pressure
[]Macro downturn or liquidity shocks
