I was just taking a look at the Toncoin charts for long-term and short-term. Obviously it hasn't done tremendously well, and I am glad that I am not holding a big bag. However, I may be interested in picking some up.

Some steps I'll need to take to determine whether I am buying now (time IN the market can start anytime, timing the market can be risky).
Sometimes I just buy to buy, even if I know a better price can be targeted.
So, on Toncoin, I know that it has had issues in the past because of regulations. However, their team continues to push out updates and features, such as with Tolk, FunC, and other smart contract formats. The connection with Telegram is probably a risk, but also a benefit for marketing & customers...
Decentralized finance benefits from the communications paired with crypto, but I feel like there has been too much backlash against TON in the last few years.
If I look at the charts alone, my first instinct is:
$2.2 isn't bad, but $1 looks great
Lol, obviously :)
What I mean though is that there's actually some solid history around this $2 mark. It's not the worst price to buy at, even if we have tanked down to this number. In the past we can see that there would've been a number of holders at $2, and we have had serious pumps upwards from this area.
The reason I say $1 looks great is because it's just rocky roads for TON, there are a number of other similar cryptos out, and even their app / network is at risk and not without serious competitors that people are moving to already.
On a second glance, I do not think that we'll see $1 without overall crypto crashes to help bring it down. Perhaps a much better price could be $1.5-1.7.
I feel like if I research this more, I'll end up buying some now because I've bought at higher prices in the past. As always, I would leave some cash in the account in case there are better prices.
In conclusion, I don't think Toncoin is at the worst price, but I'd love to know what others here think too.

I start writing this thread around 60% in. I recorded how I navigate & post on HF because you seem to think that basic summaries and thoughts are "ai". I hope this dispels the myths you believe.
It's pretty easy to spot certain trends without needing ai. I hope this helps you
