I'm guessing statistically Friday's are bad days for a lot of people because of alcohol. :<

Not a fan of beer or alcohol these days. I used to love it, but if you're confident & happy, it can only bring you down. For me, i feel better and looser without alcohol, but once upon a time, this was not the case.
