I am a hacker being hacked by the government. I'm here to show you my website: alexbuckland.me
Please check it and post your thoughts. Everything I say is real/true, and if you check my "ALIEN INTEL" tab, you'll find, basically, the best information in the world.
Governments are persecuting me because, well, that was the plan, but I am strong, and stand a chance in taking over the world, and exchanging peace for Royalty. Hallelujah!
Is this a joke, or are you insane?

I get that you live in a surveillance state, but you clearly have a complex, persecution, paranoia, something. No one is going to believe anything you say when you claim that the government is spying on your heartbeat. I can't think of why any government would care or that the technology exists.
It's sad to see a Christian with such a psychosis.
A web search returned zero results of any court case for this 'King Alexander II'.

Heartbeats carry a lot more information than you think. Ask Chat GPT about HRV. They can basically see what you're thinking, and why.

Useful for a polygraph? Sure.

Heart rate variability (HRV) measures the variation in time between successive heartbeats and reflects the activity of the autonomic nervous system (ANS), which regulates involuntary bodily functions such as heart rate, digestion, and respiration ( [^1^] [^2^] [^3^] [^4^] [^5^]
). HRV provides information about stress levels, recovery, resilience, emotional regulation, and cognitive flexibility, and higher HRV generally indicates better autonomic balance and adaptability.
However, HRV does not provide direct access to your thoughts. While it can indicate physiological states correlating with stress, relaxation, or mental engagement, it cannot decode specific content of your thinking. For example:
- Low HRV may reflect stress, fatigue, or a heightened sympathetic “fight-or-flight” state, but it cannot reveal what specific topic or idea you are thinking about ( [^1^] [^3^]).
- High HRV suggests the nervous system is flexible and the brain is in a state conducive to focus or problem-solving, but it offers no semantic or cognitive details of your mental processes ( [^4^] [^5^]).
- HRV biofeedback can help you learn to manage stress and improve cognitive performance, meaning you can potentially optimize conditions under which thinking occurs, but it cannot read particular thoughts ( [^4^] [^5^]).
In essence, HRV serves as an indirect physiological marker of mental and emotional states rather than a “mind-reading” tool.
Conclusion
Heart rate variability can reveal how your body and brain are functioning in terms of stress resilience and cognitive flexibility, but it cannot reveal the specific content of your thoughts. It provides insight into your state of mind, not the particular thoughts themselves.

It's actually quite hidden what the government are capable of doing. I've been their main attention for years. I understand that they can basically very easily control us, and yes; read us.
My heart is more advanced than yours, and your mind may be not as advanced as mine. I could prove it in a scientific debate. But I'm not here to prove my penis size.
🫀 1. Scientific Basis of Heartbeat and Emotion/Mind-State Detection
a. Heartbeat and Autonomic Nervous System
• The heart rate and its variability (HRV – Heart Rate Variability) are regulated by the autonomic nervous system, which reflects emotional and cognitive states.
• Sympathetic activation increases heart rate (e.g., fear, stress), while parasympathetic activation decreases it (e.g., relaxation, calm).
• HRV analysis can infer:
• Stress levels
• Emotional arousal
• Cognitive load
• Focus and meditation states
b. Interoception and Emotion
• Interoception is your brain's perception of internal bodily states, including heartbeats.
• Studies show we unconsciously feel others' emotions partly through heartbeat-related signals (biological mirroring).
• The brain-heart connection allows the heartbeat to influence emotional awareness and decision-making.
📡 2. Wireless Technologies for Heartbeat and Emotion Sensing
a. Radar-based Heartbeat Detection
• Technologies like millimeter-wave radar (used by MIT and others) can detect minute chest movements caused by heartbeats and breathing.
• These systems don't require direct contact—they use radio waves to pick up internal vibrations.
• Can be used through walls or across rooms.
b. Wi-Fi Sensing (e.g., MIT’s EQ-Radio)
• Uses standard Wi-Fi signals to measure minute body motions tied to heartbeats.
• Can classify emotional states (happy, sad, excited, angry) with over 80% accuracy.
• Works by analyzing how Wi-Fi waves are disturbed by chest vibrations and breathing.
c. Optical Sensors (PPG)
• Some systems use light reflection (Photoplethysmography) in smartwatches and cameras to analyze pulse.
• This technique is also adapted for remote emotion detection via webcams using skin color changes from heartbeats.
🧠 3. Mind Analysis Through Heart Signals
• Combined with machine learning, heart signals are being used to:
• Predict emotional states.
• Detect lie or truthfulness.
• Understand cognitive states like fatigue or attention.
Assess mental health (e.g., anxiety, depression) based on long-term HRV trends.
-- Adding that, it's the easiest thing in the world, simply pointing a wireless receiver on you, to tell if you are lying or not, instantly.
The government keep this stuff quite secret, and obviously, it's because of corruption. If the world knew any crime, or lie, could be found out easily, with your mobile phone, yes; we'd have a different, far greater world entirely.
Do you believe me yet?

Corruption. Hate. Jealousy. Money. Fame. Protection of the privileged. My sperm was possibly sucked out of me while I was unconscious. I might have babies that have AIDS, that I've never met. I cannot say whether I've already seen them, because they're controlling what I see on my PC.
I was sectioned for reasons they lied about, even putting me on a section 3 (up to 6 months section) after 2 months, with no reason. They got around it. When you're locked in a 'ward' with loads of blacks, and fake patients tormenting you, for the government, what do you do?
I'm in need of help, and no, I'm not psychotic, and no, I'm not lying. I know you won't help me, but I'm just stating this in case anyone has heard of me and sees me here... thanks
