I'm just curious. How many of you actually enjoy cooking your own meals versus ordering in or eating out?
I go through phases where I love cooking, trying new recipes, and feeling like I’ve accomplished something… but then there are days when opening a food delivery app feels way easier (and honestly, sometimes more satisfying 😅).
So what about you? Do you prefer home-cooked meals or takeout? And if you cook, what’s your go-to dish when you don’t feel like spending too much time in the kitchen?
I am obsessed with Chipotle so prob eat out more
Stay inside, do heroin, eat the homeless guys in my freezer.
Mostly. Sometimes I'm a little adventurous and I go get some Chinese food.

I can cook. But I order Uber Eats WAY too much. At the moment I'm trying to do so less, because I had to pay for something for somebody else that has brought my savings down somewhat. Bleah.

Chipotle’s an easy favorite, I don’t blame you. Sometimes you just crave that burrito bowl comfort.

That escalated fast but I’ll agree on Chinese food, it hits every time.

totally get that. Uber Eats is both a blessing and a curse. Convenient but brutal on the savings. Props for trying to cut back.

Exactly! Even just starting with one or two home-cooked meals a week makes a difference. Once you get into the rhythm, it actually becomes kind of satisfying. And your wallet will thank you 😅.
I usually cook.
It is cheaper and I like knowing what is in my food.

I'm StinkButt420, with a name like that, you're either a loser, or whimsical. I choose to be both.

I really haven't done well with trying to cut back. But I will start...um...now. Down $2000 because of paying part of a cremation. Bleah. Was supposed to get money and the fucking will has been lost when the lawyer retired.
I don't know how to cook but still do it anyway
