How Do You Handle Failure or Setbacks?

We all face setbacks and failures at some point (big or small) and they can hit hard. Some people use them as motivation, others need a bit of time to recover, and some try completely different approaches.

I’m curious how you personally cope. Do you have any strategies, routines, or mindset tricks that help you get back on track?

For me, I try to reflect on what I can learn from the situation, take a short break to reset, and then make a clear plan to move forward. It’s not always easy, but it helps me stay focused.

What works for you?

I review my mistakes objectively and take responsibility.
Then I work harder to correct them.
I find out why I wanted success in the first place. I reflect and I end up with the thought that failure is not an option.
Push harder and think about the money

I accept the unfortunate event and move on to the next thing. I live my life in a tight routined but also regimented system of things i have to do.

So when i fail, I just accept responsibility and move on to another task i have to do.

I don't look back for longer than several minutes. What's ahead of me is more important.
Success is impossible without failure.

Around 25% of businesses fail within a year, and 70% close within 10 years.
Its one of these 2 : either we Win or learn , we shouldn't take it as a loss or failure as you just said !
