A surge in traffic triggered an overload on one of our proxy balancers, causing unexpected interruptions.

Our engineering team identified the root cause and deployed an optimized load-balancing layer with improved memory handling, smarter routing, and higher concurrency support.

That accusation isn’t accurate. The displayed $0.65/GB rate represents the lowest effective price available at higher data allocations, which is exactly how pricing is presented across the entire proxy industry. Every major provider advertises starting-at or volume-discount rates the same way.

Lower prices become available as the purchased amount increases, and the Subscription option applies an additional discount on top of that, reducing the cost even further.

So there is nothing misleading about showing the lowest achievable per-GB price.
It’s a standard, widely accepted pricing format, and customers still receive the exact rate that is advertised when choosing the corresponding plan.

Yes but most providers have it advertised as their starting price, your advertisement says this is the price for residential proxies, you might consider updating this to say starting price so buyers know what they are getting themselves into. GLWS
