[Charlie Sheen]

I was conflicted on this movie before watching it. It was one of those movies that had horrible reviews, everyone was talking shit about it. Because of the reviews I was thinking I would just skip this one. However, I love The Strangers movies. The first one was by far the best. The sequel was alright. When they announced they were making a 3 part remake of The Strangers I was very excited. It's a horror movie that could actually happen in real life.

Side note, back in 1995 something similar happened one night. There was a hurricane or tornado that had hit and knocked out the power. We lived on the side of this road across the street from this mill that my dad owned. That night a girl came to the door asking if she could use our phone or for someone, I can't quite remember. My dad told her no and he noticed there were people standing really far back in the dark. He closed and locked the door. She knocked again. He told her to go away. She knocked again, and we had those old time windows that you had to spin the handle and the windows would open up, he stuck my pellet gun out of the window and pointed it at them and they left.

Anyways, back to the movie. This was actually decent. I didn't think it was as bad as the critics said. It starts giving you a little backstory on who The Strangers are. It keeps you guessing. They are making a Chapter 3.
