I am looking for a two-way SMS API that doesn't require approval for content of the message or the provider doesn't care what the content of the message is. Suppose a service that wouldn't care if the content was smishing or fraud or whatever else, not that that's what I want to do.

FYI if you simply tell me to contact someone over DMs or Telegram and buy in that kind of setting I am not interested because I already got scammed that way. I am only interested in fully fledged sites with reviews.

I have a solution I worked on with a private client that I could adapt for you, but requires a android phone with the simcard in the phone. If thats not an option let me know and I have other alternatives
