Amazon Urges Staff to Use In-House Kiro Over Rival AI Coding Tools

Of course they have. Use adds much value, beyond trying to get people ingrained in it, for staff its great for feedback and training the model.

It's like Microsoft and CoPilot.

If AI continues and makes its way into proper education, and I mean proper, like we're talking the whole 3 year degree, one whole semester on AI, I bet you it will come back to like what Google Docs and Word are, both word processors, but you'll have the people who know one, but not the other. Like AI CoPilot being Microsoft's version, then OpenAI being GPT if they're not just squashed by MS buying them out.

Then so on.

I don't like the whole AI thing we are finding ourselves in, just seems like a marginal step up from a call centre.
