Luigi Mangione has Covid? Missed his court date.

Mario's brother is believed to have Covid. He missed his court date Friday due to illness.

The 27-year-old is accused of gunning down UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson last year.

Mangione's attorney, Marc Agnifilo, had no comment when asked about his client's illness.

Damn, hope he's alright
Everyone should be eligible for a fair, quick, and speedy trial that is unaffected by no-warrant searches, media bias, government influence, etc.
I bring this up because if it's a prosecution delay, then it would be just 1 of many other issues w/ the timeliness and fairness of the protocols.

I hope he does in fact get that, but it may not be possible to try him within the confines of the constitution due to the active role certain individuals took in the media.

Obviously RIP to Brian too, but until the trial is complete, we don't know if this was an attack or self defense from Luigi. Only a judge or jury can rule on that, I am not privy to the evidence.

I just worry that we won't ever know based on the issues that could prevent a fair trial from ever taking place.

Obviously if it can be proven that Luigi committed a crime, then he should do the time. Until then, innocent until proven guilty & hope he is in good health.

Obviously I'm against vigilante justice, if anyone's wondering. It's never good, but I don't know if that happened or not in this case.

They reject these theories and admit they have very keen people.
