Need Information About Shell/Cloaking Method for SEO

Hey guys.

I run a pretty solid adult tube site. Targeting Turkish traffic, I can say I'm pretty skilled in development, but I'm terrible at SEO.

I've been watching some competitors for a while. They purchase a domain, and the next day—boom—they're in the top 10 for the "you know what" keyword.

I finally figured out their method.

They are using shells (or cloaking, essentially).

The difference is, I think they are purchasing the aged domain itself rather than just injecting it. After purchasing the domain, they deploy their system there. They cloak the content—showing different versions to users versus Googlebot—and then place a new domain on top to appear in Search.

Honestly, I couldn't find the exact technical details on how they're executing this, but they're getting millions of visitors now.

What I need is someone to explain to me exactly how this is done, from scratch.

I have a small budget, which is really only enough to execute the method. I contacted some people online, but they told me they charge thousands of dollars just to teach it. That sounds crazy to me, and they might be scammers, so I backed off.

I need someone to guide me through the exact details of how this is being done.

I can't pay to learn this. I don't have a budget for it, but I may be offer some development if you have any projects I could help with. But it's impossible for me to give you money for this information.
From my experience, it’s better to focus on improving technical SEO and targeting less competitive keywords first instead of trying risky tricks that can get the site penalized.
