What are folks plans for the upcoming year?

Anyone have anything big planned? Looking for a partner/new love life? New business start up? How about a new vehicle? Would love to hear what people have planned for the new year.

Me, myself I want to get a little more focused on getting a new business off the ground. I tend to procrastinate often and dont get things done when I should, I want to stop doing that too. Other then that work my ass off and take care of the family

Yeah I'm gonna get started selling this RAT and file binder I coded. Working on setting all that up rn lol. Im hoping to get that going by the 1st

My goals for next year are pretty much the same as this year's. As I haven't achieved them unfortunately. But I'm hopeful

I got many, currently I rent a place for my datacenter. I own 3 businesses and one is a webhosting business. I got a business loan approved
and looking to buy commercial property or like $1.8 million dollars. The problem is that all the buildings near me are old type buildings.

So, the cities are pushing the owners to demolish and rebuild a new building. I am trying to see if the seller will accept my offers.
The issue is that google, microsoft, facebook and like 300 other companies that buy land and build datacenters to lease space are in the area bidding up large farm lands and buying up some commercial property to house their computers in.

This makes it very hard to make a deal because the seller delays in hopes they will give bigger offers from these peoples.
I am taking my final exam and hope to pass it. Once passed will start my 4th business.

For me 2026 will be the first year I will start buying real estate property for my businesses. I have been working over 15 years to get to
this stage.

I am also going to finish up some long term software projects this year.

That is about it.
