bybit,binance,kraken etc dont have it listed
I tried kucoin but it says not available in your region
Theres changenow.io but it takes too many fees,are there any alrenatives?

Suggest you just get a crypto and swap at Houdini which has XMR pairs. It will be more private, just in case you don't want to sign up for new exchanges. If you have any crypto now, you can just swap.
