Are you working today? Do you believe in a day of rest, without working at all for religious purposes?
Even non-religious people can benefit from a full day of rest.
I am working today on some projects, not necessarily for fun either
Everyday I'm working my friend , I make time everyday to rest and relax maybe nap for 30 min ..
The dream isn't what you see when you are asleep , it's what keeps you awake ! I'll rest when I'm done , not when I'm tired / lonely / unmotivated !
Its Ramadan so I've had to take time every day for worship. On normal months, I try to spend a day of the weekend with my wife and kid with as little work as possible and another day for friends and personal entertainment like catching up on tvshows, anime and movies.

I’m trying really hard to rest in Sundays and sometimes and Saturdays. I promised to myself to rest and spent whole time with my wife no matter what.

Powernaps huh. I think I remember seeing it in a documentary that it was the norm for most polymaths.
I try to really utilize my weekends to take a break from work. Right now, I am still trying to land a full-time job in my industry after graduating recently. With that said, most of my time is spent applying to lots of jobs and doing interviews when I am not working on projects for fun or for clients.

I am. I feel I'm at a critical point in my life where all my time should be spent on building myself a successful career. It's a now or never kind of feeling.

Hats off to you for going like that. Personally I need some sleep to get going.

I try to avoid working on Sundays so I can rest and relax.
Thankfully not. This is my "weekend" off from work, and I'm going to enjoy the first day doing whatever I want, then it's tax time the next day.
Yeah, I think you should completely rest for a atleast couple of days per week. And even if you're not religious, a day should be dedicated to spiritual endeavours.
No I am not working. Unless you consider the small amount of time I dedicated to working on a draft of a screenplay. I have recently decided to become a writer and so I am doing my best to create a daily writing habit.
