For basic understanding of Linux Linuxjourney and Linuxsurvival have pretty good tutorials that have served me well in terms of running scientific computing software idk as much in terms of cybersecurity purposes. I'm sure you can find more niche tutorials here easily, but I can not emphasize enough how important a basic understanding of Linux is in order to actually be able to use it as your primary OS.
