I'm looking for a residential proxy service that supports granular IP targeting down to the /24 subnet level, basically matching the first 3 octets of a target IP.
911.re had this feature before they shut down, PIA proxies offered something similar and ip2world also had it before they went down recently.
I've been looking at NetNut but not sure if they support this. Does anyone know of an active residential proxy provider that still offers this kind of subnet level filtering?
(e.g. if my target is 192.168.1.50, I'd want a proxy in the 192.168.1.x range).
