I keep getting requests from people who don't know how to install bun, go and/or Docker or can't afford a VPS, so I built this handy-dandy virtual machine. I wanted to build something that the most computer-illiterate script kiddie could figure out. All you have to do is download the torrent, install VirtualBox, go to File > Import Appliance, click Start, and connect to https://localhost:5173. This won't get you connections from the Internet, but then the homelab that you will naturally be using this for doesn't need Internet. You will also need 7+ GB for the virtual disk. Yes, it's freakin' gigantic. Blame I_H8_KDot for that.
If you willy-nilly subscribed to a Windows VPS, then learn to install go and bun or use a pre-compiled Windows RAT.

ngrok users need to change or add the following lines in the compose file.
OVERLORD_TLS_OFFLOAD=true
OVERLORD_HEALTHCHECK_URL=http://localhost:5173/health
OVERLORD_PUBLISH_HOST=127.0.0.1
Windows users should download this certificate and run "certmgr /add /c server.crt /s /r localMachine root" or "Import-Certificate -FilePath "C:\path\server.crt" -CertStoreLocation cert:\CurrentUser\Root" in Terminal.

It's a reputable domain, it targets beginners, it targets torrent users so basic knowledge is needed, but not enough to know about malware analysis, VM file is big so users don't care to look and it may avoid detections.
Could even do some IP filtering, let only approved torrent peer IPs connect to C2 to avoid reverse engineering by analysts and avoid sharing.
I was joking, but it is better than what I have seen, if someone were to use it as a payload.

It's in progress. Videos need the right conditions and are not as easy. This is very simple.

Hey so i downloaded the ova file from the download link via torrent but when I'm trying to import it in my virtualbox box it's giving an error telling the file is corrupted. I downloaded it 2 times yet the same results... Any solutions?
