Instagram Profile Scraper Automation - Puppeteer or Playwright

I need a rock-solid Node.js script built with either Puppeteer or Playwright that automatically visits Instagram profiles and extracts key data.

- Use cookies to login into instagram account (or we login manually)
- Maintain a watchlist Instagram usernames/profile URLs
- Detect new posts, reels, and stories as soon as they are published for those watchlist profiles
- Auto-download media to a local folder or cloud storage (organised by username + date)
- Use Instagram's MQTT/WebSocket realtime channel (wss://) for push-based detection — not just polling
- Fallback polling every 5–10 minutes for profiles not being followed
