Bad ass that you built that at such a young age. Technology has changed so fast over the years.

Old but gold. Nice build.
Always awesome seeing old school rigs like this. Custom builds just had so much more personality back then in terms of case design. It had to be roughly 2011-2012 when I built my first. Can't specifically recall. It wasn't anything spectacular but it played the games I wanted to play. The GPU even came with a free copy of Farcry 3 and man was that awesome.

I find my lack of cable management skills back then disgusting, lol.

Would of been Win XP no doubt. Had to reformat or defrag at least once a year back then.

Yeah people gave me alot of shit about running that mobo and also the 450W Diablotek PSU, but here we are nearly two decades later and both are still functional. Mobo needs a new CMOS though.

Yeah, never had anything made by EVGA though. I don't even know if diablotek is still in business. I've had good luck with corsair PSU's in recent years.

I do not believe they are. Haven't seen them since like 2015 or so. Corsair is what i have used for my last 2 builds. I have an 850 now and got a free 750 when i bought my MSI 5070 Ti on newegg. Corsair makes great RAM also although i don't have them ATM, my last build i OCed my vengeance for about 4 years straight and its still alive today.

I'm running vengeance in my current built also. My most recent setup is very obsolete to today's standards; I'm definitely due for a new build. My MOBO is only recognizing one of two ram chips no matter what I do. I've tried different slots and even different ram without any luck. Have you seen or used DDR5 Corsair vengeance? The case on the actual chip is MASSIVE, lol.

Thats one of three things, BIOS/memory training issue, CPU mem controller, or power issues. I dont use DDR5 i use DDR4 still as im on AM4 socket still. 5800x CPU. I hear they are re-releasing the goats 5800x3D soon so ima grab one for sure eventually. I wont upgrade to AM5 until AM6 is out or this mobo dies.
