TYPE 2:
- Same specs as Type 1 (Aged, 256v+ vCPU quota, real invoice history).
- Fully unlocked access to Anthropic Claude / AWS Bedrock models.
- API Rate Limits: 10k+ RPM (Requests Per Minute) tier.

- Full access required (Root email + IAM Admin + Billing console).
