Widows Bay is a new series on Apple TV that I began watching, so far it only has 5 episodes but my wife and I quickly binged our way through the available episodes and can't wait for next weeks episode.
The show is about a town called Widows Bay that is cursed, the mayor played by Matthew Rhys is attempting to boost tourism and doesn't believe in the locals rumors of the town being cursed. As he attempts to ignore the rumors, he and several others begin being haunted by the curses of the town. Not a lot is known about the curses or why it's cursed, each episode is a hell of a ride. I would say this is a horror/comedy. Terrific acting. The first episode was a little slow but the second episode really pulls you in.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun show to watch, if you're interested in watching it and don't have Apple TV I recommend waiting for a few more episodes to release then doing the free 7 day trial.
