Item Inspection Policy — Every package is photographed and logged on arrival. You'll receive confirmation photos within 1 business day of us receiving your item. No disputes, no surprises.
⚡ 2-Day Turnaround — Items are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Resale listings go live within the same window.
Liability & Terms — Ship Nexus is not responsible for carrier loss or damage once an item is in transit. Items that are illegal or falsely represented void all agreements immediately and may be reported.
