Today I want to tell you about this tool that I created, It Is A Sports Betting Tool!
What does this tool do? It Shows The Probability Of Winning between 2 Matches

How did this tool start? If you look at my profile you will see that I very, very rarely bet. I don't like it and I don't think I ever will, but one evening I was sitting with friends and 2 of them are sports betting maniacs. one of them was also obsessed with Slot machines, but that will be another story.

I told them that a tool could be made that shows them the probability of winning between 2 matches.

They of course put other API keys into this tool which can be obtained from larger websites where you have to pay to be a member, but for HackForums I included an API key that can be found for free on a platform, where all you need to do is create a free account, copy the API key and paste it into this tool:

Getting The API Key Is Easy

What is the website called: The Odds API website (where you need to create an account, copy your key)

What do you need to install so this tool works:
Install Python first, then install dependencies with pip.

Dependencies
Run in terminal / command prompt (cmd):

pip install streamlit pandas requests 


What do all these packages do? it's simple to figure out:
streamlit: web UI framework for Python apps;
pandas: tables + CSV export;
requests: HTTP calls to the odds API. (or if you want to register and pay on websites that are FAR above The Odds API, Then you will have much greater possibilities and of course safer winnings) but for now we are not going to do that.

Once installed, Run the App, Launch the Streamlit app with the command below:

Ready To Test Some Matches

Now, Streamlit will starts a local server and opens your app in your browser (commonly on port 8501).

Once started, you will be able to copy matches directly from the section:
SportsBook: and just paste them

The UI displays a dataframe (table) with the most important signals for each match.

After you press ANALIZE, wait few seconds
