Bitlocker go

Hello dear community,

I need your help with a BitLocker problem. I know that many people say that a forgotten password or lost key makes the drive permanently secure. Over time, some exploits have emerged that show vulnerabilities in BitLocker-encrypted system drives, but never for BitLocker-go secured external drives. Is BitLocker-go really that secure?
To my case: My USB stick is bitlocker-go protected. I chose a long, very heavy password with spaces and symbols. I selected Recovery-Key-Backup print. Saved it as a PDF and deleted the file irrevocably, i.e. also from the recycle bin. Months also passed, and I also protected the system hard drive with bitlocker during this time. This is also how the "empty" area is described. I looked for the deleted file using recovery software, couldn't find that anymore. No key has been added in Microsoft Account. I tried hashcat johntheripper, it could recognize two hash but since my password is unusually strong, I have no further success. What can I really do now, or should I try it, or should I put the stick aside and wait?
In summary: How can I crack the Bitlocker-go password or the 48-digit recovery?

Would be nice to find someone who can help me out of the bitlocker-go-mystery🤐

If you've updated your computer since May, you're up a creek. Even if you're actually a dinosaur running Windows on spinning rust (like me), that recovery key would have been overwritten, probably multiple times. That's why it's important to make sure that you don't lose that or the password.
