Now THIS IS what i am talking about!!! I found a crazy txt file while using Tor and trying different methods for fun for finding wierd stuff and found this!

Why i find it inderesting..?

It was created on 2002, when i opened the file i saw this...

============================================================
RECOVERED DATA FRAGMENT // 0x7F3A
============================================================

SOURCE ............ [REDACTED]
INDEX STATUS ...... UNLISTED
RECOVERY .......... PARTIAL
INTEGRITY ......... 98.7%
ORIGINAL TIMESTAMP NULL
ACCESS LEVEL ...... UNKNOWN

------------------------------------------------------------
BEGIN DECRYPTED PAYLOAD
------------------------------------------------------------

it seems it was deleted and recovered.. WIERD!

It gives a full tutorial of how to do it in 3 months. It is SUPER detailed and there are mentions of drugs and frequenses..

i am posting it here for whoever is inderested to read it. To me its an insane find🤯

Seems like a recovered file that talks about how to activate abilities that i found on the "deep web" It has instructions and stuff inside. It claim these are classified information about the human body after secret studies the have done...
