Attempting to send criminal and goons to jail.

During post-pandemic 2023, I lost a relative, and escaped into vocational jobs for mental health away from home. I ended up meeting a passionate sports better gambler, who later stole thousands (accumulated) from me fabricating a story of losing his job (a year after I left), to gambling platform fees, banking fees, uber and toll fees, and other ponzi bets. I won't explain the convoluted detail, but that's what happened for who I thought was borderline friend. I'm not gullible to any scams whatsoever, but due to his trickery, I'm more concerned about sending him to jail than the money at this point.

It became noticeable, he was scheming when he later became naive and mischievous, after I mentioned I would reinvest my money owed back into business, he later replied that he already spent it on business for me, out of my own will. It turns out, he stated he put "our" money into a financial advisor. So I requested to see the signed contract. I later requested a 3 way meeting with these idiots, to simply announce that what the "advisor" is doing, is illegal, so I can bust his ass later. I asked what that so called advisor was going to invest our money in, and he said Tesla, but by that time I said Tesla is not the same company it used to be due to China and the shift in the market. Anyways, I sense they were panicking for their lives, and that gambler cried on the phone when he called me back. That was winter 2024, but all this time passed because I'm too busy to deal with this. Then again, it becomes more evident that he's a criminal the more time passed. So I'm using that contract and CashApp transactions as the medium of proof. I already have a police report hanging there. It looks important because I included all kinds of charges.

I have the gambler's SSN, old address, old and new numbers. I got the goon's old and new Verizon number, but yet to find out his real name and so forth. Actually, the FBI contacted me one time in 2025, but I was in a remote location without signal, so I got the notice a year later from an old roommate. It takes 3 goons together to call it an organized crime, charged for organized crime. The gambler used to brag about how he knew another kid doing money laundering, but that's a side story I never entertained. I may fabricate him to bring in a 3rd goon so he can get a bigger jail sentence, if I must.

What's interesting is in the gambler's mind, was he was confident and finessing that the FBI would do nothing about this. I wasn't accepting it. Then what happened? FBI tried to contact me.

At a time I was on the phone with the gambler, he said he was getting his life back on track to pay me back working as a home care assistant. Those types who stay home caring for the elderly. I recall him talking with the elderly over the phone last year about sports. That elder man died later. It would have been unfortunate that man could have died due to the gambler's advice. If the gambler did indeed gamble for the elderly man, it would indeed catch federal level attention of the FBI, because this is the exact perpetrators they look for to arrest, but I don't have that kind of information. I hope his accounts can get investigated for all kinds of misconduct. He said he becomes a different person when he gambles, but I said that person inside him will go to jail. When I have time, these goons shall go straight to jail. Justice for all.
Damn, I'm invested this actually read so well. Keep us in the loop with what happens! Also love the Shutter Island PFP!!
