VPN for static port forwarding

Hello everyone greetings!
Somebody please suggest me a good vpn service with static port forwarding for rats.
Thanks !
I recommend ShockVPN with WireGuard.
I can host you a vpn or a vps for 10 $ per month without logs and i can give you 2 servers to choice from, your problems stays with me in my country without any issues :)

I can do wireguard for best security and we can surely do some ngrok reverse proxy for whatever port you need to reach your vps

The only thing that i do not allow is abusing smtp, i will help you separately if you need to send emails and give you a clean smtp to burn if that would be needed.

In 10 dollars per month what are you offering a dedicated ip for lhost and a dedicated port for L port ? For long time connectivity

Yes, but it's static. You're never going to be able to pick your own port unless you host your own VPN.
Actually if i host vpn for him and he tailscales into that network he would be able to ngrok reverse proxy and port forward to. That way he would know his vpn doesnt sell him out , or a vps with a vpn inside it ofocurse so he could manage all the data himself, in fact you might not need even ngrok just tailscale and set the ports. That would work, he could host the vpn in the vps i give him

I don't think that the suggestion was to run a VPN server locally.

ShockVPN let's you pick what server you want to connect to. Each server has a datacenter IP that is static, but I use the domain name. You're not using Meterpreter, are you?

Try making sense. What does the port number matter or have to do with connection speed? If it's too slow, you need a VPS. You'll be hard pressed to find one for no more than $7.
