I’ll go first
I think some popular anime are only loved because of nostalgia 😂

If they came out today would people still call them classics?
What’s your unpopular anime or manga opinion?

let’s hear it

[Deany]

My favorite always will be Gundam , I also collect/build the kits

[Raijin]

Yes I think the popular animes would still be classics today.

Still be classics easily. There is quite literally something about them. Quantifiable? Not so much as a strong tug to them. In my opinion.

My unpopular one: a lot of shonen classics are overrated because they were the only good option for years.

if they came out today against modern pacing, some would feel slow and repetitive. that does not mean they are bad, just that the ceiling has moved.

My unpopular opinion is that liking overpowered main character isekai slop doesnt make you a person with bad taste, I enjoy watching them from time to time, quick 12 episodes and just relax with no thought of story
