It is one of the rules under posting etiquette in the Help Docs, and I give upgraded members an informal warning before giving a formal warning for it. It just looks like trash and the absolute worst thing is when people make thread titles in all lowercase. I think we can have some basic standards here, and basic standards are listed in the Help Documents. I know it's a new trend but I do not accept this new trend.
