Just like how AV engines constantly push out signature updates and patches, crypters require frequent, active updates to stay stealthy. Finding a reliable service that provides fast, consistent updates on the market is extremely difficult.

Honestly, the best and most effective approach is to code your own. If Defender is your main target, try starting with a basic method like encrypting a pe2shell payload and executing it entirely in memory.
