What would "user misuse" be to warrant a ban unrelated to a recently done upgrade to the account?
I ask because what and how I talk to the gpt would ban me on any platform, so If I haven't even been so much as warned for years then I'd be asking questions on why did I get banned after upgrading...

The "user misuse" is basically doing stuff that is against OpenAI's ToS. For example, trying to make a reverse proxy out of your account quota, distilling their models, trying to do blackhat stuff (such as trying to hack an unauthorized target) using their AI models, etc.
Is it possible to purchase monthly? For how many months do you sell?
The reason I buy a lot of things is simply because I want to spend money.
