[octanitrocubane]

This a fork of XMRig miner with added silent and hidden features.

Compared to similar silent and hidden miners, it doesn't use RunPE or similar memory injection techniques. It should make it easier to pack and less alerting to antiviruses.

Optimised for Windows. Current features:

• Self install to APPDATA as appconf.exe, autostart via registry key
  
• New max-threads-on-active option in cpu part of config, makes max-threads-hint work only if user is inactive. (makes application more silent)
  
• Uses src\core\config\Config_default.h to predefine some pools, it starts mining those on launch
  
• Window is now always hidden, won't pop up on autolaunch
  
• idpassname in password sends 8 character unique id of PC instead.
  
• rigidinpass and idpassname have same funtionality in rig-id
