I'm not Hispanic or Canadian, but with where I live I may as well be considered Canadian.
The typical menu for Thanksgiving for my family includes:
Prime rib, turkey, ham(gravies made from the drippings of each protein), mashed potatoes, Swedish meatballs(and meatballs just by themselves), little smokies in barbeque sauce, various different rolls, stuffing(from scratch, fuck you box), various roasted vegetables like carrots, onions, corn from the garden(s), and various desserts such as lefse, sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, apple pie, krumkake, and rhubarb crisp. All of the desserts are made from scratch, with the apples and rhubarb being fresh from the garden(s) and yard. I know there's more I could list but I just can't remember right now.
And yes, you're expected to eat until you enter Odinsleep somewhere on the property.
Edit: I'm slower than molasses in winter. I forgot to wish you a happy Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving!
