Let’s get one thing out in the open: I cannot stand fish.
Every single part of it is a terrible experience. The taste is just overwhelmingly foul, the texture is slimy or mushy, and actually chewing it feels like a chore.
People always try to sell you on it by saying, "Oh, you just haven't had it cooked right," or "It tastes mild if you put enough lemon on it." No. It tastes and feels like punishment.
The smell alone is enough to ruin an appetite, and walking past a seafood counter is an extreme sport.
Am I completely alone in this, or are there other people out there who look at fish and wonder why anyone willingly eats it? My wife and father often order fish at restaurants still don’t understand the choice.
What’s your absolute number-one most hated food?
I love fish, sometimes I'm like craving about fish. It brings a lot of good nutriments. However I agree that sometimes it can smells bad or don't taste good, but it's also a matter of cooking.

Even things like fish and ships ? What about sushis ? Maybe it's related to your taste buds yeah. I know that, due to a gen, some people can't eat coriander for example, could be the same thing

I think the same thing about shellfish. Giant bottom feeding water bugs.
Don't really have a problem with fish.
And they're always saying fish is very healthy.
