How many hours of sleep do you get per night?

Hey everyone! Curious how everyone's sleep routine is actually holding up lately.
Between late-night screen time, early alarms, and just trying to balance work and life, getting a solid chunk of rest can feel like a moving target.
Drop a comment with your answers to these:

How many hours do you typically get on a weeknight?

Do you make up for it on the weekends, or stick to a strict schedule?

What's your go-to trick (or guilty pleasure) when you're trying to wind down?

Let's hear how much sleep everyone is really running on!
Not enough lmao, nights are my time to my self where I can focus with no distractions so I am often staying up later then I should.

I strive to always get atleast 5 hours a night.

I think I’m hitting between 4-7 hrs.
I usually get around 4–5 hours of sleep on weekdays, sometimes less when work gets busy. I try to catch up on weekends, but it doesn't always happen lol. A little phone scrolling before bed is my guilty pleasure, even though I know it keeps me awake longer!
I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep.
Signature space for rent. Send me a PM or buy it here.

I try to get 8 or 9 but I tend to get more like 7 at most. It makes it so I am functional but by the weekend my body feels it still has to catch up and get a bit more sleep on top of the norm
6-8 hours roughly, I hate sleeping. Been over sleeping a lot lately.

Sounds rough, it does take me a while to fall asleep though for some reason. Probably the naps I've been taking every day since my body is used to taking naps :/

Damn, at least you don't need the sleeping pills anymore.

To be honest it's freeing not needing them no more.

I bet, only thing I took was melatonin, which never worked for me.

Lately, I have been getting about 5 if I am lucky and I literally need 9 or more to feel like I am running at 100%.

No bueno.
