Education Plan

I am making an education plan. I am not that young or old. I now have resources to grind after years of struggling; I will spend 6 months creating it, and then I will study it for 16 hours, 6 days a week—with milestones every 3 months, possibly. What do you think is wrong with my plan, and what can I do to improve it? I will also try to maximize credential progression as fast as possible; I do understand I have to learn and master things, and the way I learn is by reading and doing, and if I don't understand something, I read it again, and if I don't understand the word or concept, etc., I still use AI and references. I have bad habits, and when I lose interest, then I can't focus deeply, as I easily get bored, and I have autism. I have spent a lot of time watching YouTube videos 2-3 mins each and done a lot of reading articles, etc and on and off tried experimenting with technology stuff, but if someone told me to explain something technical, I would not be able to explain it in depth and might even struggle with the basics at times. I have to break out of the imposter syndrome as well by having good discipline and a strong, stable foundation. Skills that will allow me to learn and pick up new things very fast; I cannot possibly learn everything we are on Earth in a limited amount of time. I will start with an empty slate and add things to my brain. I just wrote this now from the top of my head as how I see it. So yeah, I need to make the education study plan.

Do not forget about networking with other people in general and constantly communicating with others. You can have all the experience in the world but if your soft skills are not there you can get passed up.

Even taking a course or some learning on soft skills in some way could help but is the hardest of them all to grasp or "learn"
