Everything you've explained thusfar can easily be seen/done via the command line, I don't understand why you'd need a separate application for it.

Some people arnt computer savy enough to do that but can easily get to know basic windows applicants and use P.H that is why i had brought this into the Computer Protection/Alerts section.

I'm not criticising you for using it, just pointing out that in case you need to (or want to) do it without an extra app, you can (namely tasklist and netstat commands on Windows, if I recall, haven't used one for a long time)
