I don't take credit for writing up the methods, or coming up with them. Only writing up this very tutorial is what I take credit for.
This tutorial is form what I was a lot more active on FuckJagex, so most of these are based around Runescape.

Method 1 - Social Networking (Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook,etc.)
Twitter/Tumblr
Create or find an account in the dump section, and check the followers on the account. If it's over 50 then that should be good enough to get some downloads, if not, then start mass following people. Usually people who are associated with your program, and/or what you are looking for. Like Runescape accounts, type in the search bar "Runescape", and you'll get any hit that includes "Runescape" in it.
Follow them on Twitter, and keep following people like that and then the next day, you should get a couple of other followers back as well. Keep doing this until you get 50. Then befriend some of them, like really talk to them, and get them to download your file and run it. Be sure to hide your virus with bit.ly [WARNING: potentially infected], or adf.ly, and be sure to change the names of the virus you want them to download. And be sure to upload it on a site like Uppit so that way you can see how many downloads it got.

Facebook
Once you've created or found a working facebook account, make a fan page of something, like Runescape. get some people who join your page, and start releasing your viruses. Don't forget to mask the links and to upload on a file hosting site that counts downloads so you know if someone downloaded it and if the keylogger used is working.

Method 2 - Forums (PowahBot, The Bot Net, etc.)
PowahBot
First, create an account and just post and help out a couple of people. Then find a fake program, or a real actual bot that looks like it's legit. Download it and bind you virus to it. In the Programming section, create a new thread saying, "[RELEASE]___ Bot BETA Testing[RELEASE]" People will fall for it, cause 1. It doesn't sound as fake as "Runescape Auth Generator" 2. You're kind of trusted kind of not, so people may fall for it. 3. They don't have that great of coders,white hats, etc so you're good to go. if you get banned proxy it, and make another thread.

The Bot Net
This is a forum that releases GPT bots, link viewers, etc and are based around money making on the web. They are actually pretty legit, and are about 50% smart enough to figure out a virus. So with this, you'll actually have to find a working bot, or create one yourself, or make a fake one and make it look nice and legit. Bind your virus and send it out. About 5% know about hacking etc. 35% will download the bot if it gets a lot of views. 30% of them would download it and wait for replies. 10% wouldn't download it, unless they need it. 20% would just leech and download the bot. So you got a pretty broad chance of not getting caught.

Method 3 - (GMail, Hotmail, Live, AOL, etc.)
All Emails
Create a fake email account with a @rsbots.net email or something like that, and email a random user saying that
We have found a working auth generator here. We encourage you not to download this for this will corrupt the bot, and kill this project. We ask you not to bother with such programs as they will destroy this bot and community.

Decent TUT, but Id add some stuff on Java Drive Bys or Exploit Packs, since they also get a ton of installs, and some are auto-pilot.

The thing about java drive bys is that there are way more tutorials on that, and are being posted almost everywhere nowadays. That's why I left it out.
