Lately there seems to be a lot of controversy regarding being scammed over not receiving a lifetime use of a product.
People seem to think that because they buy a product for "lifetime" that they should get it until they die. Lets look at the definition for "lifetime"

You may have noticed it doesn't say, "the time that the life of someone continues." It adds the, "or something," meaning that unless the owner specifies your lifetime or human lifetime, then obviously he or she means the lifetime of the product. I realize that some of you are too stupid to understand this and are probably scratching your heads thinking, "Yeah but I only got to use it for a month! Thats not a lifetime. BRB I'm going to go chargeback!'
So for you idiots, I'll use a nice little simile. Buying lifetime is like gambling. You might get the product for 10 seconds, or you might get it for 10 years. (More likely the former.)
By charging back against these users, you're becoming a scammer.
"LOLWAT? NO HE SCAMMED ME< IDIOT!"
Okay guy that uses the shift button to type in all caps instead of the caps lock, let me explain. You got to use the product, and even got what was promised, but that's beside the point. You got to use the product, and then you want your money back, too? All of it? Meaning you get to use it for free the entire time that you used it? Bullfuckingshit. You're an idiot.
Other smart people, feel free to comment. Idiots, feel free to flame.

People need to understand this. You won't get a refund lifetime does not mean your lifetime.
I've never charged back on anyone that I paid for lifetime products, because I know they might come back at any time, like twBooter and twBooter web edition :).

Exactly. I'm sick of trying to explain this to dumbasses. So instead, I thought I'd take this opportunity to troll WHILE delivering information to the masses.

Speaking of which, did you get the email for your login on twBooter web? :)

So if I for example sell you a webbooter that has a $ 50 value now, then after you get all the details you need to login delete the entire website; you won't chargeback?

Dude, Orgy, you will never get all of HF to understand this. You know I always have, from your threads, but the stupidity of kids on this forum is amazing. How can they expect a shell booter to last until they die?

That's not really the end of a product lifetime though is it? More of the creator murdering it.

I actually don't think I've ever charged back for anything, and no, I wouldn't. You make it seem like these users are trying to just take your money and leave. You do realize by shutting down their product, they aren't making money anymore either, right?

Yes I did get the email. The panel looks awesome, especially with Slowloris and HTTP flood added.

People need to understand this, you don't expect e.g a booter until you die.
yes this is a very true post and should clear some things up xD
Life time means the life of the product. If the seller keeps selling the product but without any reason he delete your license, this is scamming but if the selling/updating of the product ends he has not scammed you.
So in other words, if the product doesnt work for every one, its ok.
I completely agree with the "lifetime" statement.. Anyone who's expecting these "leet" "products" to last for more then a few months at most are idiots.. Although I'm not sure spelling it out for them will help at all.

Sure sometimes products do come back..
However... One thing I've noticed in the market place.. Seeing users have to pay for a "v2" or a re-released or "upgraded" version of a product they paid a "lifetime" license for.. I don't think its fair that "coders" may be able to simply end a project for any reason then release a similar project with a different name (possibly other changes) for more after without offering upgrades.

I know that they didn't want to shut down the booters but then you can refund a part of the money to the people that just bought it? It seems more fair if they do it like that. Some booters had 3 packages:
1. 1 month access + most updates (cheap)
2. 1 month access + all updates (more expensive)
3. Lifetime access + all updates (most expensive)
I bought the lifetime as it seems the best package, I could instead also have bought the 1 month and save like 10 $ more or less. It's a good lesson for me and others to always buy the lowest package to make sure you don't get backstabbed in the future.

Thats the gamble you take when you buy lifetime. Next time buy a month.
