Step 1

First you need to download and install EasyPHP, when it's done run EasyPHP and you will have something like : You can turn off MySQL it's useless for the tutorial

Step 2

Now you need to edit your hosts file :
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts
Open the hosts file with Notepad and add this line : 127.0.0.1 psdto.com

Step 3

Now you will put the PHP files which you have downloaded, into this directory :
C:\Programs\EasyPHP-5.3.3\www
