If you want to create a certain site but fear you lack the ability, the time or the imagination then pay someone else to do it for you. This service goes above and beyond that, it has extra options so that not only do I create your initial site but perform requested updates and even add some things on my own initiative to keep the site fresh and up to date. Going even further beyond that I will host your site to save those worries, I can host it in any way you desire... Check below for more information.

Creation:
This segment is to help choose the right package when it comes to the creation stage of your site.

Standard:
- Basic 5 page site
- External CSS for easy editing
- Standards Compliant HTML & CSS (includes W3C validator results and images to proove)
- Included PHP for Contact form only
Large:
- Up to 20 pages
- External CSS for easy editing
- Standards compliant HTML & CSS
- Lightweight PHP
- Simple maintaining, like slight updating of the site at my leisure to keep it fresh and not dull.
-Add ins-
- Heavy PHP- If you require more PHP than offered in the stand or large packages.
- Javascript- If you require some javascript in your site.
- Maintenance- So that you can PM/Email me when you require updates and I will do regular updates and tweaks.
- Unbranded- I will not put a link to this thread or my website or any mention of my name etc.
- Misc- You require something that is not included in either package or add in. If this option is selected more information must be provided.
Prices:
Prices are not set in stone. I organise your requests by package only for my convenience to help me respond correctly. Cost depends on exact details etc.
Once you have selected your creation package you may continue to the hosting option or go straight down to the form if you have your own hosting or want to deal with that yourself.
Hosting:
This segment is to help choose the right package when it comes to the hosting of your site.

Shared:
You will be hosted on a decent server with other clients. You will have no FTP or cpanel access and no email accounts.
Shared advanced:
Exactly the same as shared but with FTP access and 5 email accounts with your desired domain i.e. [email protected].
Basic:
You will be hosted on the same kind of server as shared but it will be entirely yours with FTP access and email accounts.
VPS:
You will have a full virtual private server running your website and your website only. With all the same access as other accounts.
Dedicated Server:
You will have your own dedicated server which I will purchase separately but I will run and maintain for you.
If your not sure which hosting is right for you then I can advise you on which is best when you tell me the exact specifications on your website.
If you would like a custom domain(s) then you can purchase them yourself and point them to my name servers or you can send me the money and I will handle pointing them to my DNS and keeping you updated as to when they need to be updates so you don't forget to renew them/it.
If you want full access to hosting like cpanel etc then you will have to let me know and we'll make a suitable arrangement.
If you would like the domain or access option then state so in the add in field in the application form.
