Umm .. Something FREE .. and for SERVICE PACK 2? Cause the 2010 express thingy is for service pack 3.

im curious as why you want to keep sp2? your open to a lot of vulnerabilities.

anyways i guess vb express 2003 should work for sp2. torrents are probably rare for it though

You can change the assembly to framework 2 in Visual Basic 2010.

i think he means that the IDE wont run on xp sp2, not about the framework version
