Hey guise i decided to make a Frame Animation shine effect
Since not too many people understanded Raain`s Timeline shine effect

I prepared some pictures i would prepare video but i cant upload 500MB since my upload speed sucks....
Now lets start...
After we fire up Photoshop we select what size we want in this TUT i will be using "650x200" since that is normal size here on Hackforums...
Now we can add color on the background or place some kind of pic it does not really matter we are focusing on the text here....
Now after you done that you make a TEXT layer...Adjust it how it fits you but take care about one thing"Do not put "color overlay" in "layer blending"...
Cause if you do that your shine effect wont be visibile...
It should look something like this by now....

I used Arial font cause its just example
Now after you are done with text Create a new Layer and Take Brush Tool
Pick Smooth brush size may vary depends on your needs
I will be using 100px brush with red color on so it would be easier to spot
And you draw a line how you want your shine to be i will draw a line like
this /

You can add as much colors as you want and make it like a rainbow ^_^
Now after we are done with brushes we open Animation Screen
Window-->Animation
Now you should get a box down under looking like this

If you don`t get this box see that like paragraph sign in right upper corner
click it and you will get a menu and select "Convert to Frame Animation"
If you already got the box like on that pic skip this step...
Now after we cleared that out now we select
"Duplicate selected frames" and that gives us 1 more layer down under

And that gives us 2 layers we select both of them and we put delay time to 0 so it would start imediatly...
Now we select 2nd layer and we drag it to the oposite side from the 1st layer if 1st layer brush was here |/-----| then the 2nd layer brush will be here |----/| It should look something like this

Do you notice how on 1st layer brush is on left and on 2nd its on right you do that by selecting layer you want and move the brush with move tool...
Now after that is done we select both layers and do CTRL+ALT+G <<this cmd blends the brush and the text layer but you g2 make sure that brush layer is above the text layer...Now don`t go into panic if your brush color disapears its good that it disapeard
Now you should have something like this

Ok so now we click the "Tween" button its right next to the "Duplicate layer" button

Now before doing that select both layers (You can hold Ctrl and click both layers to select them)
After selecting both layers click the "Tween" button and you will get this

See that number 100 its the number of layers that will be created more layers means better performance of animation less lag etc....
After you done that you will get lots of new layers that will be down here

Now we are done and we can select for it to loop forever by pressing the button in down left corner....And thats it you press play and you get your anim don`t worrie if it goes slow it could be your pc lagging when it comes up onto your siggy it will be awesome....
Don`t forget that you have to save this as .GIF you go to:
File->Save for web & devices.
And you click save cause all is adjusted
And here is the final result
