I have a feeeling that I already know the answer, but I wanna see who you guys choose to host with. I hear for most botnets people should host in Panama or Russia, any others that I don't know about?

What Russian hosts do you guys recommend?

Thanks in advance.

I recommend a offshore Linux VPS more stable and a lot cheaper then a windows.

www.veeble.org is what I use & so far so good.

For my network, I need a windows vps unfortunately. Of course offshore. Anyone know any good Russian or Panamanian hosts?

anyone else? I'm scared to host in Germany, I hear they are pretty strict.
